This video is predominantly a full body workout, with specific attention to your Lats, Arms and Glutes.
Sliding discs are used for the Lats and Arm series. If you do not have sliding discs, you can use paper plates on carpet or socks on smooth surfaces.
Ankle weights can also be added if you want to further increase the intensity for the glute series.
